Money Moves HQ (“Money Moves HQ,” “we,” or “us”) respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects our users to do the same. We will respond to notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (“DMCA”).

If you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement and is accessible on this website, please notify us by providing our copyright agent with the following information:

Once we receive a valid and complete notice, we will remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material and take reasonable steps to notify the user who posted the material. We will also terminate the account of repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances.

If you believe that your material has been removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, please provide our copyright agent with a written counter-notice that includes the following information:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature;
  2. Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or access to it was disabled;
  3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification;
  4. Your contact information, including your address, telephone number, and email address;
  5. A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located, or if your address is outside of the United States, for any judicial district in which Money Moves HQ may be found, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original notification or an agent of such person.

Once we receive a valid counter-notice, we will provide a copy of the counter-notice to the original complaining party and inform that person that we will replace the removed material or cease disabling access to it in 10 business days. Unless the copyright owner files an action seeking a court order against the user who posted the material, the removed material may be replaced or access to it restored in 10 to 14 business days or more after receipt of the counter-notice, at our discretion.

This DMCA notice is intended to provide information about our procedures for addressing alleged copyright infringement on our website. It is not intended as a legal interpretation of the DMCA or any other copyright law.
